Right to Refuse Participation

Organizational Changes

face.date reserves the right to make organizational adjustments if they serve the flow, quality or safety of the event. This may include changes to timing, location, participant structure or program details. Of

course, we always aim to preserve the special atmosphere and character of the event.

Tickets & Refunds

As participant spots are limited and reserved on a binding basis, purchased tickets are generally non-refundable and non-transferable. If you are unable to attend, please contact us as early as possible — we will try to find a suitable solution on a case-by-case basis.
